1. Service Description and Platform Independence

LunaTalk AI is an intelligent AI agent creation and sharing platform that allows users to build, customize, and share personalized AI assistants. We offer a custom interface built on third-party AI models to enable users to create unique AI agents for conversations, content creation, and knowledge assistance.

2. Account Registration and Usage

Registration Requirements

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age and Capacity

If you are under 18 years of age, you must use our services under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian. Minors should use our AI agent creation platform in accordance with parental guidelines and appropriate supervision.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and should notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling available security features.

3. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

4. AI Agent Creation and Community Sharing

Our platform uses AI models to power your custom AI agents and generate conversational content. While we implement content moderation measures, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or inappropriate material. Users should exercise judgment when creating and sharing AI agents.

User-Created AI Agents

You retain ownership of AI agents you create using our platform. However, by sharing agents in our community, you grant other users the right to interact with your shared agents. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, process, and improve our platform based on user interactions, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Community Sharing

When you share AI agents in our community, you are responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate and complies with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates our terms or community standards.

5. Subscription and Billing

Billing and subscription management are handled by Creem as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to our services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees according to your chosen subscription plan

• Comply with Creem's payment processing terms
• Notify us of any billing disputes within 3 business days

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology (excluding third-party AI models), is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Trademarks and service marks of third-party AI providers remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of such marks is solely for integration and service description purposes.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
